Job Title: TIBB Support Program Analyst

Location : Mark Center, VA- Alexandria VA (Hybrid)

Duties:

  • Utilize tools to track progress and suggest alternate approaches for CATAMS taskers behind schedule and make recommendations for improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the TIIB business process

  • Review program plans and other related document and provide comments to identify and mitigate risks to the accomplishment of TIIB projects and goals.

  • Support senior leader stakeholder engagements and meeting management/execution.

  • Utilize tools to link and integrate authoritative data sources for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on leadership decision making.

  • Coordinate closely with representatives across the DoD and interagency on ODASD(CBD) leadership engagements.

  • Monitor the correspondence and task management system database (e.g., Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)) to ensure all taskers are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Prepare official presentations (in the appropriate format including PowerPoint and/or Word), official information and action memos, concept papers for new projects, official responses to public correspondence; and articles. The memos and other documents shall follow the standard established for the office and shall be appropriate for senior level government officials.

  • Maintain configuration and quality control of assignments at all times to assist with tasks.

  • Conceive solutions and provide written materials, often in response to short-notice tasks assigned to TIIB.

  • Coordinate and review official correspondence and presentation materials for completeness and accuracy.

  • Review program plans and other related documents and provide comments to identify and mitigate risks to the accomplishment of the TIIB projects and goals. Track progress and suggest alternate approaches for projects behind schedule.

  • Make recommendations for improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the TIIB business processes.

  • Provide support to activities, meetings and projects to include, but not limited to: development of meeting agenda, management plans, and execution strategies; research and analysis of data; draft and review content (info papers, action memos, white papers and presentations); and accomplish coordination across required DoD offices.

    Requirements:

  • High School Diplomas with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work history

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and 5 years of experience (desired)

  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills related to executive correspondence

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Experience providing support to Senior Executive Service (SES) Government personnel. (desired)

  • Experience working in an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)/Joint Staff/Interagency environment. (desired)

  • Experience working with CATMS (Correspondence and Task Management System) (desired)

    Required Security Level: Must have and be able to obtain an Interim clearance; Secret Clearance (desired) .
