Job Description

The NMDMO Program and Technology (P and T) office is looking for a candidate to support driving business objectives for Site technologies that are in High Volume Manufacturing. The P and T office is a team that helps initiate, support and drive a successful transfer of technologies as well as continuously sustain cost and technology roadmaps to enable highest level of profit for NM, DMO and Intel. As a team we help build connections and facilitate resources to drive the program towards hitting successful milestone targets and deliver on schedule program deliverables. The P and T office team partners with the home site factory organization, the DMO program office, TMG Strategic Planning, Site IE department, Silicon Integration, Process Module/Areas, Finance and the Cost Modeling team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and be accountable for developing and driving Cost Roadmaps for HVM technologies.

  • Accountable for ensuring necessary capacity in place for ongoing process changes (facilitation of the connections and alignment for proposed changes)

  • Scopes and set targets for engineering work supporting product qualifications in collaboration with the integration and engineering program SPOC's.

  • Define POR targets and submissions for the program including expense, capital, and headcount, as well as driving performance to targets in partnership with Finance, Program and Site.

  • Supports Equipment and Process MOR meetings for regular accuracy check.

  • Capable of assessing process flow/equipment changes and summarizing impact assessments for clear recommendation of change.

  • Coordinates and Facilitates Impact assessments for Project ROI's

  • Detailed transfer management of technology roadmaps (cost and process) from TD to HVM.

  • Representation at Site, Program and DMO level meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least one of the following 3 degrees; plus, the years of experience required for each degree in the areas specified below:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field of study with 6+ years of experience.

  • Master's degree in an Engineering or Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field of study with 4+ years of experience.

  • PhD degree in an Engineering or Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field of study with 2+ years of experience.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional meetings (working groups or taskforces), drive them to successful completion, and mentor others on resolving gap to goal issues. (i.e., managing indicators, facilitating cross-organization meetings)

  • Experienced in Process, Industrial and Integration Engineer .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to develop strong partnership skills with various stakeholders.

  • Willingness to provide guidance, mentorship and make connections for various stakeholders across the program.

  • Organizational influence - willingness to get things done through their network of connections.

  • Can develop, manage, and sustain clear itemized roadmaps to completion.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
