Overview: We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with tractor-trailers, industrial equipment, and performing equipment repairs. If you are passionate about maintaining and repairing diesel engines, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance and repair tasks on diesel engines, including shocks, struts, and tire services - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues - Conduct routine inspections to identify faulty components - Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot engine malfunctions - Complete service orders accurately and efficiently - Ensure all work meets safety standards - Operate heavy equipment such as cranes for maintenance purposes
Experience: - Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role - Proficiency in maintaining and repairing diesel engines - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks - Familiarity with transmission systems and hydraulic components - Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately - Experience in equipment repair for industrial machinery is a plus
