NM Program and Technology Office Advanced Packaging TD Integrator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the new advanced package offering that require direct start-up in DMO factories. These are Foundry and Internal Intel based technologies. This individual will partner with TD partners and the NM site to enable the development/transfer of new technologies to the site. These will include 1st of a kind processes to Intel as related to the Advanced Package and Bumping segments of the process flow. The Fab11X transfer integrator will report to the NM Site Program Manager and partner with various stakeholders and customers.

As Advanced Packaging TD Integration Systems and New Technology Introduction Engineer you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Creating 1st of a kind lot plans, frozen routes and being the single point of contact for any lot related issues

• Key expert and owner of Advanced Package NPI/NTI systems

• Initiates and drives new product development and production introduction associated to product transfer or 1st of a kind development activities

Full time onsite required during training, estimated 6 months. After training: hybrid "work from home" to be defined by manager and employee but continued onsite will be required.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have demonstrated increasing levels of technical leadership responsibilities as well as a minimum of 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, or 2+ Years of advanced packaging experience.

• Must have strong technical depth and demonstrated engineering/integration experience within the last year.

• Must have demonstrated the ability to lead collaborative efforts between Virtual factory sites and Development organizations.

• Experienced creating lot structures on the fly and address issues related during critical silicon periods, or otherwise.

• Must have experience with lot shipment process, understanding of ULT data structure and ship point management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in python, sql or relevant programming code

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
