Our HR Team is currently seeking an Administrative Services Supervisor within our Direct Care and Treatment team! As the Administrative Services Supervisor, you will supervise a team of currently (5) five Support Technicians. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the personnel administrative support functions within the HR Department, guiding the development and improvement of personnel procedures, policies, operations, and systems within Human Resources related to administrative activities involving personnel data, background studies, and employment incentives.
Principal responsibilities/major tasks include:
Daily support and direction of HR Support staff and determining staff work assignments.
Providing support to correct/update processes identified within HR Support staff team
Providing guidance regarding administrative functions such as annual performance reviews for all HR Support staff
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of human resources experience that includes processing and/or oversight of personnel procedures.
Lead work experience sufficient to prioritize, assign, and report on the work activities of other employees so the work is completed in an efficient and effective manner.
Knowledge of and experience with Federal Employment Laws and Regulations related to Human Resources.
Knowledge of data practices as it related to data collected, created, or disseminated in relation to Human Resource and Personnel data.
Ability to analyze problems sufficient to develop creative solutions and alternatives for consideration that will best meet the needs of the agency while also complying with human resources best practices, laws, rules, etc.
Ability to train staff and customers on Human Resources work procedures and practices.
Demonstrated ability to build positive and trusting relationships with management, employees, unions, and the general public.
Ability to work cooperatively with individuals from a diverse background.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SEMA4 and State HR experience
AA or BA in Human Resources or related field
