Management Trainee – Entry Level Manager opportunity

The Management Trainee will spend four months in the program, learning the ins and outs of the company. Once the program is complete, trainees will be placed in a supervisory role or assistant management position at one of our Car Wash locations. Upon completion of the program, opportunities are available in the Capital District and North Country area.
The training program will include:
Hands on training in different Car Wash locations.
A rotation with the maintenance team.
Training with the Customer service and IT teams.
Classroom training on leadership and management topics.

Do You Have?
A minimum of 2 years of successful supervisory experience.
Customer service experience.
Good communication skills.
Strong work ethic and a team player.
One weekend day availability.
Evening availability.
What You Will Do
Assists the Store Manager with operations.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing employees.
Will be a key holder and open or close store.
Will assist with ongoing training and regular performance feedback.
Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line.
May sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan.
Clean and maintain facilities and grounds.
All other duties assigned.
