Title:
Condition Monitoring Specialist
Responsible for producing detailed energy & utility surveys with detailed reports that including recommendations for implementation costs and estimated utility savings. Building, mechanical, and electrical plant and equipment descriptions. Undertakes ad-hoc investigations feasibility studies and develops larger scale utility saving projects for potential implementation. Undertakes adjustments and/or analysis of Building Energy Management Systems to improve/review energy efficiency performance of building services, plant and equipment. Have a solid comprehension of utility/energy savings and low carbon technologies. Uses written and verbal communication skills to proactively communicate and relate with others to facilitate a common awareness. Be able to uphold a high level of client/customer satisfaction and build strong relationships amongst teams. Proven experience working in a commercial surveying, energy analysis or energy management role. Typically requires a college or university degree and a minimum of 4 to 6 years of related experience and associated accredited qualifications.
Graduate Mechanical Engineer.
Valid vibrations certification (ISO) 18436) Level II & Level III
Experienced in MLA / Ultra sound / Steam Traps / Thermographic Survey and certified
Minimum 8 years of experiences in vibrations and condition monitoring in similar industry
Solid verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language, both oral and written.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other related ‘condition monitoring software’.
Working knowledge of rotating equipment repair standards and best practices is an asset.
Familiar with Reliability programs.
