Role Objective The Sustainability Analyst Sr plays a critical role in delivering & supporting Enterprise Sustainability efforts to meet evolving customer needs, regulatory requirements, and deliver GOJO competitive advantage, all while also achieving corporate sustainability goals. The role is responsible for leading program management and stewarding the tracking and achievement of GOJO sustainability goals. This includes collecting, organizing, and reporting on GOJO sustainability data and insights for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the incumbent serves as a change agent to further the development and application of sustainability expertise, concepts and tools (e.g. life cycle assessments, etc.) to advance organizational capability. As a key role within GOJO's collaborative & team-based culture, the Sustainability Analyst Sr will need to build relationships across all internal functions and, over time, with key external influencers and thought leaders in sustainability. A detail orientation, organizational skills, and program management are central to this role. Comfortability managing data and building stakeholder relationships are also essential, as is navigating ambiguity and tackling emerging issues and concepts in a way that appropriately balances environmental, social, and financial implications for the business. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Program Management and Reporting: Inform development and optimization of GOJO Sustainable Value Strategies and Goals. Includes maintaining market assessment of customer needs, regulations, and changing competitor landscape to inform a clear strategy and set of initiatives to meet GOJO goals and create competitive advantage Lead program management and support governance of the four strategic pillars of the GOJO Sustainable Value strategy (2025 and 2030 targets) Mobilize resources (people, process, budget and systems) to track progress against identified sustainability targets and metrics Collect, organize, translate, synthesize, and effectively communicate data associated with progress against targets to internal and external stakeholders, including stewardship of the annual GOJO Sustainability Report, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting commitments, and quarterly Operational Reviews of related key performance indicators Review alignment related to ESG disclosure frameworks such as Global Reporting Initiative, SASB Standards, etc. Create repeatable systems/processes to manage external surveys that are critical to sustainability governance and customers (e.g. EcoVadis, Thesis, Carbon Disclosure Project, Project Gigaton, etc.). Complete customer requests for sustainability information accurately and on time Team lead on the vetting and achievement of GOJO SBTi targets and ensuing commitments Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to collect and report data for annual GHG footprinting, progress against Science Based Targets, and associated reporting commitments Report as needed to the Enterprise Sustainable Value Steering Team, which includes Executive team sponsorship and participation, to ensure st
