Role Objective This role is responsible for delivering a sustainable, high quality system through the configuration, design, implementation and maintenance of the GOJO SAP ERP system, focused on Sales and Delivery (SD). Essential Functions and Responsibilities Functional/Technical expert and hands on configurator for SAP order-to-invoice processes executed in SAP ECC and SAP APO GATP Solution Design: Performs systems analysis, design, configuration and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements Advises users of best options to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP standard functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, custom report-writing or development, complementary software packages, and/or changes to business processes Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures Solution Delivery: Develops functional standards, best practice guidelines, solution diagrams, and documentation standards for all ERP and related solutions Ensures that standards are adhered to, and that documentation and change control processes are followed ultimately being accountable for the solutions delivered Designs and assists users in the creation and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training Supervises contract consultants, programmers, and part-time clerical assistance, as needed Testing: Designs test plans, executes test scenarios, validates test data, and documents test results Performs regression testing of all system changes ensuring no negative side-effects Solution Support and Stewardship: Monitors systems performance and system resource management Highly responsive to priority incidents impacting responsible areas Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company #LI-remote Education and Experience Required: B.S. degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field A minimum of five (5) years' SAP implementation experience with hands-on configuration experience A minimum of three (3) years in direct support or implementation of full SAP order-to-invoice processes Preferred: Experience with: SAP Batch Determination and Route Determination processes SAP SCM/APO Global Available-to-Promise, including the Core Interface Demand/Order Allocation in ECC and/or GATP IDocs and interfaces for order entry (e.g., EDI) and Transportation Planning systems Customer Master, Credit, Pricing and Discounts management Strong communication and people management/collaboration skills Global manufacturing company experience preferable with sales to distributors and end-users One or more ITIL V3 or V4 certifications Supervision/Coordination Coordinates projects and process work as necessary.
