Role Objective Partners with Marketing, Sales, Field Sales, and Customer Service leaders to understand business requirements and translate those into effective CRM strategies. Design and manage secure, scalable, integrated, and future-proof CRM solutions that align with enterprise initiatives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Develop comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with organizational objectives, incorporating best practices and industry trends. Design end-to-end CRM solutions, including data architecture, workflows, user interfaces, and integration with other systems. Ensures data integrity within the CRM system, oversees data cleansing initiatives, and prioritizes seamless data integration with other systems enabling holistic customer insights. Leads and manages the development of custom functionalities, reports, and dashboards teaming with content experts to address unique business requirements. Leads and manages prioritization of the CRM technical roadmap and development pipeline. Develop and conduct system validation, testing, and training sessions to ensure accurate and effective utilization of CRM functions. Delivers project management leadership for GOJO CRM initiatives. Defines project plan and communicates project status, issues, and risks. Performs key system administration tasks including user setup and deactivation, information audits, ad hoc reporting. Provides support and troubleshooting assistance; acts as a backup to other CRM technical team members on an as needed basis. Serves as lead CRM Technical liaison and champion between the enterprise and CRM software vendor. Manages and leads CRM related communications with internal and external users to foster a customer-centric culture. Monitors CRM performance metrics and identifies areas for improvement to enhance the user experience and maximize ROI. Track the level of CRM usage and engagement among users across the organization and ensures the CRM platform is a key enabler of sales and marketing success. Calculates the cost savings achieved through improved operational efficiency, reduced manual processes, and optimized resource allocation enabled by the CRM. Maintains and leads CRM policy, procedure, and system documentation. Supports a variety of "spontaneous" yet critical projects; supporting ad hoc sales and marketing requests for information and programming support Develops CRM Team competencies and coaching. Proactive CRM project monitoring, resource planning, implementation coordination and change management Maintain customer focus, good business relationships and provide results. #LI-Remote Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred In lieu of degree, minimum seven (7) years' experience in CRM architecture, design, and implementation in a complex environment required With degree, minimum five (5) years' experience of same scope above required Proficiency in programming languages a plus Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
