We have an exciting opportunity for a Sub Assembly Technician to join our engine shop team in Adelanto, CA. In this role, you will perform and/or assist in modification, fabrication, assembly, operations, installation, repair and maintenance of aircraft engine and wiring.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fabricates, assembles, and installs engine configuration from installation, repair, and maintenance.

• Reads blue prints/engineering drawings.

• Measures and identifies proper hose and fitting for assembly.

• Cleans, adjusts and replaces parts on engines.

• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

• Performs housekeeping and cleanup duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to work with common hand tools.

• Must be able to perform a variety of routine tasks and demonstrate a good working knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.

• Ability and willingness to work on systems which have unusual conditions such as high pressure, high voltage, high energy, cryogens, or radioactive materials.

• Knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the field required.
