The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a dedicated, professional team who strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional growth and build upon recent success.

As the Business Development Manager, your role will be crucial in establishing campaigns to support our strategy delivering on our vision, mission and strategy.

You will be a consummate communicator with the ability to articulate our strategy, related campaigns as well as deliver sales targets which are crucial in achieving our success. You will be an expert relationship builder and gatherer of market and competitor intelligence, with the ability to turn these into insights and actions.

As the ideal candidate, you will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience and success within business development.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies, particularly within Maritime, Land or Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR).

  • Strong understanding of the Australian market and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to business development.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Valid AGSVA NV1 security clearance
