CACI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Professional to lead and manage a diverse team, driving strategic program initiatives, processes, and ensuring the successful execution of project objectives and processes.

The Opportunity:

  • You will oversee the execution, tracking, and reporting of all business processes such as Procurement and Travel reports, contract deliverables and OCONUS deployments.

  • You will supervise the program's day-to-day business operations and provide operational oversight and direction for a team.

  • You will also develop effective working relationships with the government customer by taking a programmatic approach to their opportunities/issues/concerns in order to quickly and proactively identify and resolve requirements/concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and long-term program success.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively lead, motivate, and manage both ongoing and emergent projects, assisting with fostering an environment where confidence and responsibility thrive.

  • Be efficient at quickly adapting to and proactively handling urgent tasks or pop-up projects, ensuring productivity is consistently maintained. 

  • Actively engage in the overall program management, encompassing not only the planning and execution but also leading the oversight of the project lifecycle.

  • Efficiently manage resources, adhere to timelines, and proactively address challenges.

  • Additionally, use thoughtful consideration and planning for second and third-order effects to ensure the achievement of project objectives with a long-term, strategic perspective. 

  • Assess, update, monitor, and optimize a variety of processes across the entire program to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide hands-on support during process audits, proactive analyses, and the implementation phase to safeguard program quality.

  • Oversee the documentation and reporting of process performance, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

  • Advise on new methodologies and technologies that enhance processes.

  • Generate detailed reports on process performance and compliance status for stakeholders.

  • Effectively and proactively communicate with program personnel, USG, and other CACI support teams. This includes clearly articulating complex information, actively negotiating to align expectations, and building and maintaining robust working relationships. 

  • Demonstrate foresight in analyzing complex situations, identifying potential challenges early on, and independently developing innovative, effective solutions.

  • Employ critical thinking to resolve problems swiftly, ensuring smooth project progression. 

  • Maintain and proactively apply a solid foundational understanding of technical areas such as reverse engineering and fabrication and general electronics replication to inform decisions and effectively communicate with all program stakeholders. 

  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the program.

  • Regularly monitor and evaluate project deliverables against these standards. 

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential risks at early stages.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BA/BS and minimum years of related work experience or MA/MS and minimum 3 years of related work experience.

  • Experience with DoD programs and services inclusive of financial management.

  • Experience with DoD processes, services, including procurement and financial management

  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

  • Initiative in Problem-Solving: Independently develop unique, practical, and effective solutions for complex problems. 

  • In-depth expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization.

  • Proven ability to support teams in the implementation of new processes effectively.

  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and best practices.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Adaptability and Proactive Change Management: Efficiently and independently adjust to changing project parameters or unexpected challenges. 

  • Long-Term Vision and Strategic Thinking: Actively make decisions that positively impact the program’s long-term goals. 

Desired:

  • Master’s Degree in related Field

  • Certified PMP

  • Technology Trend Awareness and Application: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, understanding how they impact the program as well as can be leveraged to benefit the program. 

  • Process improvement experience in the following areas: Procurement approvals, travel, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Development and Delivery, employee on-boarding)

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
