About the Role

The Project Manager in our consulting firm will lead diverse teams to deliver strategic solutions for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will orchestrate communication between stakeholders, manage resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining a client-centric focus. This role demands a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client expectations.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.

• Manage project resources, forecasting and variance and budgeting.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience 14–16 years in project management within a consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solid project management experience who handles executive level conversation, liaise with global team.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.

• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and articulate complex technical concepts.

• Proven ability to communicate project updates and findings clearly and concisely.

Additional Skills and Certifications (desired, but not mandatory):

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

• Experience using Smartsheet.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Master's degree

• Consulting experience preferred.

** Prefer Singapore Citizen or Permanent resident.
