What You'll Do:
Strategic Communication: Collaborate with the Community Engagement team to design and execute innovative outreach communication plans that spotlight our community events and initiatives.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for newsletters, social media, and marketing materials to captivate and inform our audiences.
Event Coordination: Lead the organization and logistics of community events, ensuring every detail contributes to an impactful experience.
Stakeholder Engagement: Present updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting the success and reach of our outreach efforts.
Material Management: Manage the inventory and distribution of outreach materials, ensuring our resources are always ready for action.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in community engagement, program management, or communications, preferably in a cultural institution or mission-driven organization
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse communities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
