Join our team as an AMER AWSMP Consulting PDM and play a key role in scaling the adoption and production of Channel Partners and Channel ISVs on AWS Marketplace. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing our recruitment and revenue strategy with SMB-focused SIs and VARs, helping to unlock a previously underrepresented customer cohort. Key job responsibilities

Identify new co-sell opportunities with AWS sellers and APN partners

Develop a pipeline of high-potential net new partners and manage proactive recruitment of these partners

Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g., inside sales, marketing, solution architects)

Develop and maintain relationships with AWS sellers and APN partners

Utilize CRM systems and other analytics tools to establish and report detailed metrics

Produce update and strategy docs to inform key stakeholders of progress and influence future business decisions

A day in the life

As the AMER AWSMP Consulting PDM, you will focus on leveraging established SI/VAR relationships to position AWS Marketplace as a superior invoicing and governance solution for SMB customers. You will work closely with AWS sellers and APN partners to identify new co-sell opportunities, developing dual value propositions and public-facing materials for SMB customers. Utilizing CRM systems and other analytics tools, you will establish and report on detailed metrics to track progress towards shared goals for SMB revenue production and net new customer adoption.

The AMER AWSMP Consulting team is responsible for scaling the adoption and production of Channel Partners and Channel ISVs on AWS Marketplace. We work closely with AWS sellers and APN partners to drive growth and unlock new opportunities in the SMB customer segment. Our long-term vision is to make AWS Marketplace the premier destination for cloud-enabled businesses to connect and thrive. As an AMER AWSMP Consulting PDM, you will be a key contributor in realizing this vision and helping to shape the future of the AWS Marketplace ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
