The position

By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan, execute, and document mapping, risk assessments, and assurance activities related to occupational hygiene for our activities and operations in Brazil. Recommendappropriate exposure-reducingmeasures.

  • Serve as a resource/adviser on national regulations, internal governance, and relevant codes and standards/industry best practices, addressing chemical, physical, biological working environmental factors. ergonomic and operational working environmental factors.

  • Offer advice and support to all workforce levels (management, employees, safety delegates and contractors) in collaboration with an occupational health service delivery team (nurses, ergonomists, psychosocial resources, and medical doctors).

  • Support Equinor Brazil's assets during Authority Audits / Inspections andprovidetechnical information on judicial prosecutions to Legal department.

  • Proactively plan and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful execution and follow-up of occupational hygiene assessment campaigns.

  • Help identify and improve standard processes and tools to ensure the health and safety of the work environment, as well as proper documentation.

  • Act as Technical Representative point of contact for contracts related to occupational hygiene.

  • Actively contributing to our international occupational hygiene network withinthe company.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with active CREA.

  • Certified Occupational Hygienists (fromABHO).

  • 5+years of experiencewitha minimumof3yearsinoccupationalhygiene.

  • Fluentcommunication skills in Portuguese and English.

  • Experience with issuingARTs(Technical Responsibility Terms) is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience inrisk assessment and hygiene assessment campaigns.

  • Familiarity withGRO/PGRimplementation and maintenance.

  • Familiarity in issuing reports according toNR-15andNR-16andprovideinputs forLTCAT(social security report) for retirement plans, as wellE-Social.

  • Comprehensive understanding of national regulations and industry best practices in Brazil.

  • Capable of refining standard processes and tools in occupational health.
