The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure proper end to end transportation andlogisticsprocess flows and process documents related to import/export activities andfreight;

  • Analyze and apply the most cost-effective modes of transport to meet deliverydeadlines;

  • Be responsible for Importation Compliance, ensuring department procedures in accordance with updatedRegulation;

  • Ensure all shipping documents are according to established terms andconditions;

  • Work with vendors and the freight forwarder to handle shipments toBrazil;

  • Responsible for quality assurance and quality control at freight the forwarder warehouse reducing the number of materials rejected after its delivery forusage;

  • Identify, analyze and follow-up deviations within the area of responsibility.Beabletofindandaddress root causes;

  • Issue follow-up report tomonitorkey operationalindicators.

The employee shall be qualified and experienced in International Logistics/Supply Chain best practices, Foreign Trade procedures.

Responsible for International Logistics from order placement to completion with acting as the liaison with all parties (stakeholder, freight forwarder, Warehouse & Transport provider and broker).

A part of the job is establishing/continuously improving processes and procedures to strengthen the import/export process.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in one of the following: Business. International Relations, Engineering, orLaw;

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience withinInternational Logistics or relevant activities in SupplyChain;

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in cargo project;

  • Strong knowledge of tax legislation and tax benefitssuch asRepetro-Sped legislation; Temporary admission & others Brazilian special regimes applied to Oil & Gasarea;

  • Overall good understanding ofMaterial Managementactivities;

  • Knowledge in SAP/R3 system with emphasis in SCMmodule;

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written);

  • Good Knowledge in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365);

  • Experience with data analysis, dashboards,SAPand Power BI will be consider adifferential; 

  • Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
