We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bakery Manager and Shift Managers to oversee our fast paced bakery food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, must have a minimum of 2 years of food service management experience , and very strong team leadership skills. The ideal candidate must be flexible with schedule changes to accommodate food truck location events.
Duties:\ - Manage all aspects of food preparation, service, and quality control\ - Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks effectively\ - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling\ - Conduct inventory control and order supplies as needed\ - Interview, hire, and train new kitchen employees
Requirements:\ - 2 years proven experience in culinary arts, food service management, or related field\ - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team\ - Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction\ - Proficient in inventory control and ordering procedures\ - Knowledge of restaurant management practices\ - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
