What You’ll Get to Do

You’ll work with a seasoned CACI Program Management Office (PMO) in support of various US Government contracts.

More About the Role

  • Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analyzing program data

  • Preparing reports on program performance

  • Maintaining and updating program documentation and databases

  • Providing support to program participants or clients

  • Assisting with preparation of budgets and financial reports

  • Working with team members to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements

  • Helping to organize and facilitate meetings and special events.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Associates degree in business administration, Management, or related field

  • Proven experience as a Program Assistant or similar role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of program management and administrative procedures

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field

  • Experience with logistics and supply chain management.

  • Military experience.

  • Experience with Government contracts.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
