OneMain Financial Customer Care Intake Supervisor in Evansville, Indiana

The Executive Office of Customer Care Intake Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team, whose primary responsibility is entering concerns received by the company into the system of record for distribution. Key responsibilities include oversight of the unit’s functions and performance. This includes, but is not limited to, daily productivity, quality reviews, consistent and clear communication with team, and tracking and reporting to ensure that departmental and organizational goals are achieved.

In the Role

  • Sets goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision.

  • Monitors employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.

  • Establishes effective professional rapport with both internal & external customers.

  • Maintain a high-performance team; hire and develop talented team members.

  • Perform quality audits monthly for each team member, review results with each team member.

  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a data entry related role.

  • 1-2 experience in thriving in a production goal-oriented environment.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of data entry process and best practices.

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours to support the needs of the business unit.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Preferred:

  • Associates degree preferred but not required.
